Do you have female clients?

Do you train children?

Yes! Boxing is a fantastic way for kids to build confidence, improve coordination, and develop discipline — all in a fun, safe environment. Our trainers adjust sessions to be age-appropriate and engaging.

What must I bring?

Gloves, wraps, a towel (or two), comfy workout clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. Don’t worry if you’re new — we’ll guide you on the gear you need.

I’ve never tried boxing before and I’m unfit — is that okay?

No stress. Boxing is for beginners too! Our trainers will pace your sessions to your fitness level, making sure you feel comfortable while progressing toward your goals.

I don’t want to be a professional fighter — I just want to get fit.

Perfect. Most of our clients train for fitness, not competition. We’ll design workouts that fit your goals, whether that’s weight loss, strength, or simply blowing off steam.

Am I tied to a 12-month contract?

Not at all. We keep things flexible. You’ll be billed monthly for the sessions you book — no long-term contracts, just commitment to yourself.
